What ClientForge connects

ClientForge can support authorized business workflows using the WhatsApp Business Platform. A business chooses whether to connect its Meta/WhatsApp business assets and which permitted capabilities to use.

Data used for the integration

Depending on the permissions granted and features enabled, ClientForge may process business account identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, phone-number identifiers, business profile information, message templates, webhook events, message identifiers, sender/recipient phone numbers, message content, timestamps, delivery/read/error status and related messaging metadata.

Purpose

This information is used to connect the business account, send and receive authorized business messages, show communication history in the CRM, associate conversations with customer records, support approved automations, troubleshoot delivery, maintain security/audit records and provide customer support.

Authorization credentials

Access tokens and other integration credentials are used only to operate authorized connections. ClientForge does not request a user's Meta password. Users should complete Meta authentication and authorization through Meta-provided flows.

Customer responsibility

Businesses using ClientForge remain responsible for lawful customer communication, required consent and opt-outs, and compliance with applicable WhatsApp Business Platform policies and law.

Disconnect or delete

You can disconnect the integration through applicable ClientForge or Meta controls. To request removal of ClientForge-held data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
